Whats A Campaign?
Step 1: Plan It Out
What are you passionate about? What do you love to do? What are you good at? What could be a fun way to fundraise? After you decide what you want to do, pick a name. Pick a photo. And just like that, you’ll be ready to start raising money to help bring clean water projects for people in need!
Refine your message and be sure to personalize your fundraising page with photos
Donate to your own campaign to show your commitment and inspire others
Start with your close contacts. Reach out to 10-15 people who you know are supportive of your goals. They should hear about your campaign first, in a personal message. The more personal your outreach is, the more likely they’ll make a meaningful gift.
Over 700 million people around the world lack access to clean drinking water. Together we can change that.
Help me raise money for clean water by donating to my ATTA Campaign. ATTA helps provide families access to clean drinking water in the developing world. Every family will gain access to clean water for the next (potentially) 20+ years! [Link to fundraising page].
Everyone deserves to have access to clean drinking water. Every donation can make a difference. Thank you for your support!

Step 2: Social Support
Once your campaign is set up, tell everyone about it! The more people you tell, the quicker you’ll reach your goal. Share your passion with others and watch as they catch the vision!
Once you’ve demonstrated your personal commitment and gotten your closest contacts involved, officially launch your campaign on social media.
“Over 700 million people lack access to clean drinking water. Together we can change that. Join my campaign: [Instert a Link to your campaign page]”
Keep your network updated. Post on social once a week, but vary your content. We suggest rotating between thanking donors, updating them on progress you’ve made, talking about your passion for clean water and asking them to get involved.
“I’m halfway to my fundraising goal! Support families around the world by donating to my campaign: [Insert a Link to your campaign page]”
Step 3: Keep Going
Tell a story about why ATTA is important to you. Remind people why you’ve chosen to advocate for clean water.
Send a reminder to your contacts who have not yet donated and thank those who have!
Below is an example email you can send to your community. Make sure to not just copy and paste this but to create your own. People want to hear your heart not someone else’s.
“Thanks to everyone who has donated to my @oneattatime campaign! Check out the progress on my fundraising page: [Link to fundraising page]”
My ATTA campaign is ending soon and I’m asking for your help to reach my fundraising goal!

Step 4: When You’re Done!
Thank you for donating to my ATTA Campaign. 100% of the money donated will help provide families access to clean drinking water all over the globe!
This has been an incredibly rewarding experience and I’ve learned so much about the impact of having clean water, which leads to healing, improved education, decrease in usage of plastics, a better future, and so much more.
I encourage you to get more involved with One ATTA Time by starting your own fundraising campaign. You know over 600 million people lack access to clean drinking water. Together we can change that.
